Products & Orders
All products are made to order. Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor settings. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if product information is incorrect or in cases of pricing errors.
Personalisation
You are responsible for the accuracy of personalisation details (names, text) provided at checkout. Please double-check all custom text before submitting your order. We produce exactly what you type.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency corresponding to your selected locale. Prices include applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Shipping
Shipping times and costs are estimated and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or force majeure events. For detailed shipping information, see our Shipping & Delivery page.
Returns & Refunds
Our return policy allows returns within 30 days for non-personalised items. Personalised items may only be returned if defective or produced incorrectly. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, inform us via email at info@adesiivostudio.art with a clear statement of your decision. You must return the goods within 14 days of withdrawal. Personalised or custom-made items are exempt from the right of withdrawal, as they are produced specifically to your specifications.

All content on this website — including designs, images, text, and logos — is the property of AdesiivoStudio and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
AdesiivoStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint that we cannot resolve directly, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. For consumers in Portugal, the competent arbitration centre is CICAP — Centro de Informação de Consumo e Arbitragem do Porto (Rua Damião de Góis, 31, 4050-225 Porto, www.cicap.pt). We commit to participating in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings before this entity.
