How to Return

Get Approval
We'll review your request and provide a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours.
Ship It Back
Pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back using the provided instructions.
Get Refunded
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Personalized Items
Since personalized items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned unless there's a defect or error on our part. If we made a mistake, we'll send a replacement at no cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a free replacement immediately — no need to return the damaged item.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
